Shipping policy

Shipping Rates: 

Within Canada- $15CAD Standard, $20CAD Expedited

to USA- $15CAD Standard, $20CAD Expedited

International - to be calculated by the selected shipping carrier depending on destination.

 

Shipping times: 

Studio Sale/Clothing/Ready to Ship: 

All ready to ship items will ship within a maximum of 3 business days from purchase date. Unless a special sale or discount code is mentioned, standard shipping will apply. If you'd like a faster expedited option, you may do so at your own expense. Standard shipping will be sent via Canada Post. 

 

Made to Order/Custom Orders:

If an item is a custom order or "made to order", a maximum turnaround time of 10 business days to make the order will apply before shipping, starting on the day the order is confirmed. Custom orders are taken on a case by case basis. You will be updated on shipping times to accommodate the details and complexity of your order. Unless a special sale or discount code is mentioned, standard shipping will apply. If you'd like a faster expedited option, you may do so at your own expense. 

Cotton Masks:

All mask orders will ship within a maximum of 3 business days of purchase date. If you'd like free shipping on your mask order, enter the code "LETTERMAIL" at checkout which will ensure masks are shipped via lettermail at no shipping expense to you. This means there will be no tracking or guaranteed delivery date but it will be the cheapest option. Please note, the LETTERMAIL free shipping discount is only applicable to masks due to their small size.
